If you open your kitchen door, you will generally find two hinges on the inside. Simply screw off the old doors by unscrewing the 2 left hand screws as shown in the below photograph

The new doors can then be pre-bored in Stockpile by measuring the hole centers  and you can simply screw them back to where your old doors came off.
