We offer a full 14 day no questions asked refund with only condition being the product is returned in the condition it was sent. All goods have a manufacturers guarantee set depending on the product, check with individual products for more information or call customer services for more information. 
 
Delivery Information:

We have our own warehousing facility and hold stock of most items. This allows us to dispatch normally within two working days, it then takes two or three days to deliver. We can however do a next day service if you require, contact customer services for more information. In the unlikely event we are unable to dispatch immediately we will contact you with an alternative date and will process an immediate on the spot refund if requested.

We deliver all over the UK and Ireland, carriage charge is calculated automatically and added to the cost on checkout, depending on the size and quantity of the order. We do not make any more on carriage charges. If ordering from outside mainland England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland or Southern Ireland please contact us an additional charge may apply.
